Support Amendment 2479 to SB 19
Give school districts a voice when predatory developments like Heath Hills shift massive costs onto neighboring taxpayers. House Education Committee vote is imminent — before summer recess in ~2 weeks.
Contact Heath City Council
Urge Council to delay the Heath Hills vote (currently scheduled for June 15) until full traffic, utility, financial, and school impact studies are completed and shared publicly.
Support Senate Bill 173
Pass the permanent statewide solution that closes the predatory annexation loophole forever. Demand a hearing in the Senate Education Committee before summer recess.
